| Abstract: |
Astronomers Without Borders' Building on the Eclipse Education Program explored how to impact science identity, attitudes towards STEM and inspire audiences to explore careers in STEM. Educators and scientists were brought together in an online community to support one another in learning about the Sun and light after audiences were inspired by the 2017 Solar Eclipse. The program was rebooted in Spring 2018 and continued to collect and analyze data in an attempt to gather information on audiences for the next U.S. total solar eclipse in 2024. |
