| Abstract: |
A new photographic search for variable stars in the Northeast Arm/Inner Halo region of the SMC has been conducted. About 200 new variable star candidates were discovered. About 100 previously known or suspected variables occur in this field. Results of a study of the periods and light curves of a subset of 25 of these variables are presented. |
