Abstract:	There currently exists only one optical all-sky photometric multiwavelength survey: TYCHO2. There are pieces of other surveys that can be usable (such as the Sloan Digital Sky Survey) but there exists a need for deeper photometry. This paper describes the problems and a possible solution for an intermediate-depth survey.
