		| Abstract: |
Multi-messenger astronomy and the observation of transient sources
promise to address during the next decade some of the most important
questions in astrophysics, Gravitational Relativity, and other
subjects like, e.g. the origin of ultra-energetic cosmic rays.
However, one of the main obstacles is the lack of standards to
exchange information to coordinate observation plans between
 heterogeneous observatories.

To help astronomers in this new multi-messenger astronomy era, ESA
proposed to IVOA the standardization of the object visibility
constraints and the observation planning discovery.
In this contribution we report about the current status of these two
 protocols. |
