| Abstract: |
The CADC has started a project of stacking the Suprime–Cam image
archive. This will increase the archive's legacy value, utility and
ease of use. The individual raw images are retrieved from the STARS
archive and detrended using the sdfred2 software package. Using a fork
of the MegaPipe data pipeline software, the images are then
astrometrically calibrated using GAIA and photometrically calibrated
using Pan–STARRS. The individual images are then resampled and stacked
on to a grid of tiles covering the sky. |
