| Abstract: |
With the establishment and development of space-based and
ground-based observational facilities, the improvement of scientific
output of high-cost facilities is still a hot issue for
astronomers. The discovery of new and rare quasars attracts much
attention. Different methods to select quasar candidates are in
bloom. Among them, some are based on color cuts, some are from
multiwavelength data, some rely on variability of quasars, some are
based on data mining, and some depend on ensemble methods. |
