		| Abstract: |
A quiescent prominence was well observed about three hours on the
west-disk limb by Hinode/SOT on 2008 January 15 at three wavelengths
of Ha+0.0076, Ha-0.340 and Ca II H line (3968A). Firstly, we find
that the small-scale threads in prominence display the oscillations
with a 5-min dominant period. And there is no fundamental difference
discovered between the oscillations parallel and perpendicular to
the solar surface. Secondly, two spines of this prominence show
large-scale oscillations. The typical period is about 98 min. It is
interesting that two spines oscillate almost in anti-phase. |
