| Abstract: |
The hemispheric helicity sign rule is examined using the so-far most accurate vector magnetic field measurements obtained with SP/Hinode. It is found that the hemispheric helicity sign rule is preserved in the ascending phase of solar cycle 24 whereas not in the descending phase of solar cycle 23. |
