		| Abstract: |
Mountain in its symbolic presentation can be considered as a world
axis and place for alliance of three worlds: heavenly world, ours or
middle world and underworld. Image of the three worlds represents also
intellectual establishment, proportion and unity among Gods, Cosmos
and Man. The three observation posts of the Megalithic Observatory
Kokino actually are symbols of those three worlds in the ancient
people’s imagination, defining ritual activities. At the same time,
they were used for organizing all agricultural and stock breeding
activities of the early agricultural communities in the wider region
 surrounding the ancient observatory. |
