| Abstract: |
We have made VLBI images of a selection of methanol masers which have been reported to have linear structures. We find that the emission does not lie on the expected simple velocity axis predicted by the star-forming disk model. We suggest an alternate explanation based on a shock in a gravitational bound star-forming core. |
