Abstract:	We present a new Magnetic Doppler Imaging computer code designed to simultaneously reconstruct both the 3D structure of magnetic fields and the temperature structure of active regions on the surfaces of late-type stars. We show results from numerical experiments and demonstrate that the full set Stokes parameters is needed for proper reconstruction of the magnetic field vector.
