		| Abstract: |
The results of the deepest objective prism low dispersion near-infrared (IV-N+RG695, I=15m.5) spectral survey of the Milky Way (|b| < 5°.2, 50° < l < 115°) are presented. The surface density of Carbon stars reaches its maximum values in the directions of Carina (l=292°.5) and Cygnus-Casiopeae (l=97°.5), which are equal to 2.7 and 2.3 star per sq. deg., respectively. The latitude distribution (|b| < 5°.0) of Carbon stars is uniform. |
