| Abstract: |
Small Near-Earth Objects offer an opportunity for short-
duration, low-Δv missions as the next logical step in human space
activities beyond Earth orbit. Population characterization by groundbased
observations using facilities including a Large Synoptic Survey Telescope
is a critical precursor activity.
