		| Abstract: |
We have imaged seven nearby star forming regions with the infrared telescope on the Midcourse Space Experiment (MSX) at 18″ resolution at 8.3, 12.1, 14.7, and 21.3 μm: the Rosette nebula, the Orion nebula (A and B), W 3, the Pleiades, S 263, G159.6—18.5, and G300.2—16.8. The large scale of the regions imaged (7.2-50 square degrees) makes this dataset unique in terms of the combination of field size and resolution. |
