Abstract: We present a high resolution mosaic of 12CO, and a 13CO map, (J = 1 − 0) in the edge-on starburst NGC 2146, observed with the OVRO mm array. The integrated intensity ratio (12CO/13CO) shows symmetric variations of up to a factor of two along the major axis. Line of sight path lenght effects can reproduce such variations. Several out-of-plane GMA's are detected. Two of them appear to be associated with a nuclear outflow — while other belong to a dusty arm crossing the center of the galaxy.
