Abstract: Compact galaxy groups with a gravitationally dominant spiral galaxy and orbiting dwarf satellites were measured with HI observations for both dynamical and disk mass. The ratios of the central galaxy masses were compared to simulated values produced with N-body integrations to determine limits on any unobserved halo mass. The incremental simulations included isothermal halos with mass and radial limits to 10 times the central galaxy mass and 150 kpc, respectively. A comparison of the two distributions of dynamical-to-disk-mass ratios establishes limits for the halo models similar to those suggested in the binary galaxy study of van Moorsel, but with distinctly different observed values.
