This paper describes a CCD-based monochromatic imaging camera (Monica) system, which is being developed for the new 0.8-m telescope on Mt. Wendelstein. Special attention is given to the camera housing, the cooling system, the insertable filter module, the interference filters, the offset guiding camera, the CCD readout electronics and hardware control, the detectors, the cryostat, and the user interface. |
