Paper: Can We Measure All Mode Properties of Red Giant Stars?
Volume: 479, Progress in Physics of the Sun and Stars

Abstract: Kepler, with its astonishing observations over a long period reveals month after month new features in the power spectra of evolved stars. Understanding these features is important to perceive the interiors of these stars. Here we discuss the importance of the resolution in the measurement of the individual mode properties, such as the width and the amplitude.
