Abstract: New photometric and spectroscopic observations of 33 Tau were obtained, using the 2-m and the 60-cm telescopes of the Rozhen National Astronomical Observatory. The orbital period ∼ 2d.975 was confirmed and improved. Improved orbital and stellar parameters were obtained by modeling the light and radial velocity curves. Our model shows grazing eclipses in both light minima.
