Abstract: The possibility of the quasi-stationary spiral structure origination due to nonequilibrium process of the fluctuating type in the critical state is discussed. It is proposed to consider spiral structure as one influenced by fluctuations of disc matter, which correlation statistically and continually maintains ordered and concerted behaviour on the long range of the disk.
