Abstract:	This Query Tool (QT) is a graphical user interface to a database of flexibly scheduled observations. A key feature of this ``Observation Search Engine'' is the ability for it to define its interface at run-time, increasing observer flexibility and minimizing programming effort. The QT is a Java, SOAP, client and forms part of the JCMT and UKIRT Observation Management Project (OMP) that provides software to facilitate ground-based flexible (queue) scheduling.
