Abstract: We collected and analyzed various data of about 20,000 best investigated stars to develop the Local Stellar System (LSS) database at http://www.astro.spbu.ru/. As the first use of the database we present the complete 6-parameter (α, δ, π, μα, μδ, Vr) distribution and motion of almost all stars with M < -2m within 500 pc for past 20 million years, i.e., for temporal interval comparable with the life-time of young massive stars. Their common motion as the Orion stream of the Orion local spiral arm is evident for the last 20 Myears. The Gould belt, OB associations, giant cloud complexes, young stellar clusters and all other large-scale structures of the local spiral arm have been developed with the evolution of the Orion stream. Two structures of these stars extend over 1 kpc in the Solar neighbourhood for a ten Myears: the Great rift and the Great tunnel.
