Abstract: We present the results from near-infrared (NIR) observations of the low-metallicity blue dwarf galaxy SBS 0335-052. We find that the NIR emission is very unusual being consistent with star formation occurring in clusters younger than 5 Myr. No optically hidden star formation is detected. We quantify the possible contribution from an evolved stellar population and from warm dust.
