Abstract: We summarize results from a CO J=1-0 imaging survey of eight evolved stars including AGB stars, PPNe, and a PN. The high resolution maps of the entire moleculer envelopes were made by combining data from the Berkeley-Illinois-Maryland Association (BIMA) millimeter array and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) 12 m telescope. We find a kinematic trichotomy: 1) simple expansion, 2) expansion plus collimated outflow structures and 3) expansion plus rotation. We show examples of each class: 1) HD 56126, 2) NGC 7027 and 3) Mira. We show model calculations for the molecular envelope of HD 56126 for which we find an increase in mass loss rate at the end of the star's life.
