Abstract: We aim to establish a new method to derive the mass of Super Massive Black Hole (hereinafter SMBH; larger than 106M) in the center of the giant galaxies. The scientific importance of our study is to determine the most fundamental parameter of black hole physics, and to understand the co-evolution of black holes and galaxies by updating the MBH–σ relation, where the σ is the central velocity dispersion of its host galaxy.
