Abstract: The VEGA spectrograph and polarimeter was integrated on the visible beams of the CHARA array in September 2007. With a spectral resolution up to 35\ 000 and a spatial resolution of less than 1 mas for up to 4 telescopes VEGA propels the CHARA facility to the level of the interferometer with the world's largest spectral and spatial resolution. We present the main characteristics of VEGA on CHARA and some results concerning its performance during our last runs in June and August 2008.
