Abstract: The impact of stellar medium density inhomogeneity and cosmic rays on the X-ray and gamma-ray radiation from supernova envelopes has been studied using a two-fluid approximation and self-similar solutions for the problem of a point explosion in a radially inhomogeneous medium with cosmic rays.
