Abstract: The U.S. Naval Observatory Robotic Astrometric Telescope (URAT) is designed for an automated all-sky survey to provide accurate positions, proper motions and parallaxes on the 10 mas level and below. Here three variations on the Richter-Slevogt design are investigated. The systems feature circular symmetric pupils, small distortions, highly symmetric images with nearly no color errors in a 3° field of view.
