Abstract: We present the results of random simulations for the theoretical curves representing the expected isotropic distributions of the polar and azimuthal angles in galaxy orientation studies. It is found that selection effects (concerning inclination and position of galaxies) remarkably change the nature of the expected isotropic distribution curve of the galaxy rotation axes.
