Abstract: We have developed two new IRAF packages; a non--scanning Fabry--Perot interferogram reduction package and a radial velocity analysis package. The latter is the analysis tool for the velocity fields produced by the Fabry--Perot package. Since a stationary Fabry--Perot device was used, the spatial sampling on the HII region is non uniform and incomplete. The velocity package is specially designed to deal with this fact. It permits to graphically visualise different local statistical characteristics (sigma, mean, minimum, maximum, median) of the velocity field, to isolate or remove systematic velocity trends and to compute different statistical functions like the autocorrelation or the structure functions in 1D or 2D for the turbulence study. We also present some results from the analysis.
