Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to show a technique for producing a rotation of an image matrix through the use of a pixel remapping procedure. This technique produces a file with virtually no smoothing. The rotation is usable in n-dimensions. One of our test cases is an IUE High Dispersion Image displayed in a horizontal reference for ease of extraction. The transform implementation displays a method for deconvolving any optically distorted surface to a correct geometry. The rotation is embedded in the transform.
