Abstract: Deep (R less than 23.3 mag) CCD images around 15 QSOs in the redshift range z of 0.9-1.5 have been analyzed to search for associations between QSOs and faint galaxies. No significant excess of galaxies is found at separations less than 15 arcsec, in contrast to the result of Hintzen et al. (1991). These results are consistent with a field or poor cluster galaxy environment for QSOs at z of 0.9-1.5.
