Abstract: A study of the disk and bulge of our Galaxy to cast light on the complexity of the structure of the Galaxy has been undertaken. We study 14 OGLEII, ~ 100 2MASS and 8 2.2WFI fields in the direction of the Galactic center. The data are in agreement with a position angle of the bar/bulge between 45° and 60° ruling out a values close or smaller than 30° in the region 17° < l < −17° and −6° < b < 3°.
