The treatment of statistical issues in Astrophysics and in Particle Physics is compared and contrasted. Many of the questions that arise are very similar, and there are opportunities of learning from each other�s experience. Some examples are given of topics in Particle Physics where it has been found that the obvious answer is not necessarily correct. |
