| Abstract: |
The Trieste Solar Radio System (TSRS) operated as a solar radio monitoring system from 1969 to 2010. After its operational period, it faced challenges in maintenance and support primarily due to resource constraints. Recently, the heliospheric
physics community emphasized the importance of utilizing this resource and improving
its accessibility. To address this need, the TSRS Heritage Archive (TSRS-HA) is being
established. This initiative involves the comprehensive re-ingestion of the digitized raw
data into standardized and open-source solutions, introducing new standard and FAIR
data access interfaces. This upgrade is poised to augment data exploitation capabilities
and facilitate fast searches across the entire time series stored in the relational database.
This contribution provides technical details, discusses future perspectives, and explores
potential refinements of the system to meet evolving needs. |
