Abstract: High velocity compact clouds (HVCCs) are peculiar molecular clouds in the central molecular zone (CMZ) of our Galaxy. To create a complete catalog of HVCCs in the CMZ, we developed an automated identification procedure and applied it to the CO J=3–2 data obtained with the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope. The data covers the following area: –1.45° ≤ l ≤+2.0° and –0.25°≤ b ≤+0.25°. As a result, 134 HVCC candidates were obtained with the σV ≥ 20 km s-1 criterion.
