Abstract: I summarize major results from three independent research projects related to Type Ia Supernovae (SNe Ia) and their underlying stellar populations or host galaxies. First: we find that cosmological parameters between host-selected SN Ia samples remain consistent with traditional SN Ia samples. Second: significant correlations exist between the properties of SNe Ia and their hosts and these correlations do not influence cosmological parameters. Third: average spectral properties between faster and slower declining SN Ia hosts are found to be significantly different.
