Abstract: The Kourovka Planet Search (KPS) photometric survey was carried out in the constellation Cassiopeia during 2013–2014. The main goal of this survey was to search for transiting exoplanets. However, as a by-product seventy-one new variable stars were discovered. In this work we present the preliminary results of their investigation.
