Abstract: Magnetic field decay, rotation and thermal evolution of neutron stars are interdependent and should be considered together. The results show that magnetic field decay is delayed significantly relative to stars cooling without heating; compared to typical chemical heating, the decay of the magnetic field can even cause the temperature turns down at later stage; and the spin down is also turned slow at photon cooling era.
