Abstract: I review concisely recent developments in N-Body simulation methods including both numerical methods and improvements in hardware. The focus is in the direct N-Body simulations, including the standard Hermit method and treatment of the dynamics of the dense cluster core by various regularization methods. Considering the software/hardware in use today one may remark that there are now tens of active users of the Cambridge code NBODY6/GPU which is based on a fast PC and Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). Efficient use of such systems is interesting in the quest for the million-body problem.
