Abstract: We present the results of an analysis of 21 planetary nebulae towards the Galactic Bulge investigating the mixed-chemistry phenomenon. We show a correlation between the morphology of the nebulae using HST images and the presence of PAHs in oxygen-rich environments. The PAHs could either arise from ISM sweep-up, or from internal processing. The relation to morphology favors the latter.
