Demonstrations can be a valuable tool—for both astronomy instructors and EPO professionals. However, when not properly explained, many demonstrations can lead to little enlightenment and can even produce misconceptions. Here we describe a few ways in which common demonstrations can be used more effectively to avoid misconceptions. |
