Abstract: Establishing a physical association of cooler, evolved stars with hotter, upper main sequence, luminous blue variables and Wolf-Rayet stars, can help provide constraints on high-mass loss cases of stellar evolution, as well as clarify the formation history of the stellar OB association. We are examining AKARI survey data in search of extended circumstellar material of RSGs and evidence for interaction of said material with ambient ISM connected with the high mass stars. In this initial report, we confirm several cases where IRAS indicated that an extended circumstellar shell was present, and identify candidates where interaction with the ISM appears to be underway.
