Abstract: We have carried out polarimetric observations of two symbiotic stars, AG Dra and Z And, using the high-resolution echelle spectropolarimeter, LIPS (Ikeda et al. 2003). We obtained intrinsic polarization profiles of broad winged Hα for both symbiotics. Based on a statistical analysis, we argue that the polarization profile of AG Dra is due to Raman scattering of Lyβ, since the characteristics of the polarization Hα profile agrees well with those of the Raman-6830 line.
