Abstract: We present a global coronal loop as 125 individual strands, with each modelled independently by a one-dimensional hydrodynamic simulation. The strands are coupled together through the frequency distribution of nanoflare energy. The simulated data is then folded through the temperature response function of three different pass-bands of the Transition Region and Coronal Explorer (TRACE) to derive the corresponding intensity. Subsequently, the filterratio method is employed to derive the temperature from the deduced synthetic emission. The emission measure (EM) loci method is also employed to determine the loop temperature.
