Abstract: We have cross-correlated high redshift QSOs in the 2dF QSO survey (2QZ) with low redshift galaxies and groups from SDSS and made estimates of the galaxy bias from QSO lensing. We find evidence that the galaxies show an anti-bias with respect to the mass, with bias parameter, b ~ 0.2. We then take this result and show that the effect of lensing on the CMB first peak would be much larger than in the case of standard cosmology. Indeed, we show that in such a model, lensing can significantly move the position of the first acoustic peak. Thus if the QSO lensing results are correct, more models may be able to fit the WMAP CMB power spectra than currently appear to be the case. One such model is shown to be the low-H0, Ωbaryon = 1 model of Shanks (1985).
