Abstract: We present new techniques for adaptively binning two-dimensional data to a chosen constant signal-to-noise ratio per bin. These methods are required for the proper analysis of Integral Field Spectrography data. The algorithms are tested using data taken with the SAURON panoramic integral field spectrograph.
