Abstract: The pulsation of a convective layer with the adiabatic temperature gradient is studied. Basically we follow the BakerUs equations, except the diffusion equation which is replaced with an equation of the temperature gradient equal to adiabatic temperature gradient . Assuming the one-zone approximation, we may have an equation of oscillation. We will discuss time variation of luminosity computed by using the solution of equation.
